Choices Related to Payment

We are a family owned business that treats every family we serve as fairly and equally as we can. In an effort to provide the finest service possible while minimizing our costs to do so, we request that our clients settle their account in full before cremation takes place.

Your funeral account may be settled as follows:

1. This is a cash transaction. Payment may be made in cash, bank check, money order, Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
2. Pre-need Funds: We accept pre-need funds according to the terms of the pre-need contract.
3. In cases where the deceased’s estate must stand the burden of paying the funeral expenses, we ask that family representatives pay the funeral expenses and file a claim for reimbursement with the deceased estate.

Financial responsibility must be mutually agreed upon by at least one family representative and ACS of NY.

Why plan ahead?

Planning in advance of need provides peace of mind. The death of a loved one is a time of great loss and advance planning can reduce stress for your family with the knowledge that your preplan has been completed. This allows your loved ones to devote more time to coping and understanding the loss and less time concerned with funeral arrangements and financial details.
